Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the USA please contact us directly.

Returns

Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging and condition. If item is open, or used it is up to the discretion of A Music Store on Main Street whether to accept the item and/or to charge a restock fee up to 30%.  Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in refusal of return.  The above In-store return policy also applies.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
